What you will find here are several files to download - one is a PDF file of the text of a chapter of the book, dealing with how to perform the Lesser Banishing Ritual , and seal your aura from psychic attack (Whether deliberate, accidental or caused by disenbodied entities.) The other is a group of 4 MP3 files in which the Lesser Banishing Ritual is explained, so that you can learn to perform it with the instructions given out loud, enabling you to follow the whole ritual, forming the pentagrams and circle, with your MP3 player on and both hands free - without having to follow it in a book. You can, of course, listen to it here, without downkoading it, depending on whether you right or left click with your mouse. You could also buy the book!
